When it comes to selecting a location for an executive or incentive retreat, we’d like to introduce you to Flathead Lake Lodge in Bigfork, Montana. Family-owned-and-operated since 1945, Flathead Lake Lodge is an all-inclusive guest ranch in Western Montana.

Here are five reasons Flathead Lake Lodge is an ideal choice for an incentive planner destination in
Western Montana’s Glacier Country.

1. An All-Inclusive Stay
Each package is inclusive of lodging, use of the on-ranch conference center, three meals a day, coffee/snacks, on-ranch recreation activities, evening entertainment and airport transportation from Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispell. Daily housekeeping is also included.

2. 45 Different Lodge Accommodations
Here at the ranch, we have a mix of private accommodations, including lodge rooms, suites and a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom cabins. Depending on the group and comfort levels, we can accommodate single or shared occupancy.

3. Full Ranch Buyout Available
Whether you want to have your executive retreat join other guests during our regular season or if you want to take over the whole ranch for an incentive getaway, we offer full ranch buyouts for groups during spring and fall. This means you’ll have the whole place—all 2,000 acres of it—to yourself.

4. Custom Itineraries
We have a wide variety of things to do here at the ranch, including horseback trail rides, boat cruises on Flathead Lake, breakfast camp, archery, guided mountain biking and more. If your group is focused on outdoor recreation, we can create an itinerary that highlights the best of what we have to offer. Or, if you’re more inclined to lean into culinary offerings that highlight the ranch’s food and drinks, we can help arrange whiskey tastings and create custom tasting menus.

5. Space to Connect
A retreat at Flathead Lake Lodge gives your attendees the chance to slow down, connect and make memories along the shores of Flathead Lake. Over the years, we’ve found that magical things can happen when we give people the space to think and create. And there’s no better place to do that than right here in Western Montana.
