Here is the scenario: You are a meeting planner and have been asked to find the perfect retreat location for a small think tank, executive board retreat, or leadership meeting venue. You’ve been tasked with finding something different. Let us introduce you to The Lodge at Trout Creek via this guest blog post from the owners:

Come experience luxurious accommodations at our exclusive lodge set in a secluded—yet easily accessible—area located in the mountains of Northwest Montana. This distinctive lodge is a perfect setup for a corporate retreat with up to 12 people.

Use the great room for meals and meetings.

Our more than 10,000-square-foot lodge sits on 90 forested acres. There is a pond and 200 feet of Trout Creek flowing through the property. The Lodge contains five private suites, the Eagle’s Nest—a lookout tower with a 360-degree view of the mountains—an extra kitchen to use for a quick lunch or special dinner, a theater room, a game/exercise room, a music room with a grand piano, front and back porch, decks and more. There is plenty to do here on the property to inspire, relax and enjoy. If your event is in the spring, summer or fall, find trails through the property for quiet strolls. If meeting in the winter, those same trails are prime for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.

Meet for yoga on the lawn or explore the trails on the property.

As your hosts, we will include a hearty breakfast each morning in the great room to start your day of productivity. Once the meetings adjourn, there is so much to do in the area. You can spend time on the Noxon Reservoir on our pontoon boat, visit the giant cedars at Ross Creek Cedars, or take a short hike to Kootenai Falls (made famous in the movies “The River Wild” and “The Revenant”) and walk across the Swinging Bridge

The charming town of Trout Creek is minutes away, and a central location between Spokane, Washington, and Missoula and Kalispell, Montana, makes access easy, with each city having a regional airport and rental cars available upon arrival. Group transportation can also be arranged in advance. Visit Western Montana’s Glacier Country for additional destination information.
